TMA Banda Daud Shah (Karak) Invites E-Bids for Solarization, Pump Installations and Street Works (PK-97)

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Banda Daud Shah, District Karak. Invitation to e-bid for multiple development works in Tehsil Banda Daud Shah (PK-97) under approved PC-I.

Scope: Packages include solarization of mosques/madrassas, installation/solarization of pressure pumps (existing and hand pumps) at various locations on need basis, and construction of streets across Union Councils. Bidding is electronic via the ePADS system. Only eligible contractors registered with relevant authorities and meeting document requirements will be considered.

Minimum eligibility / mandatory documents (as stated): valid PEC registration/certificate (Category C or above for FY 2026-27 where applicable), valid license/entitlement of local council/board (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar references), active taxpayer status with FBR, KPRA registration for 2026-27, CNIC and other documentary evidence as listed. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost must be provided as per the notice.

Submission and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted through the ePADS system using the 'Uploading (Files)' submission type. Bids must be uploaded by 12:00 hours on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 12:30 hours on the same day in the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah.
