Issuer: Ministry of Finance — Pakistan Mint, Lahore. Pakistan Mint invites electronic bids (Single Stage One Envelope) for the disposal of auctionable / unserviceable items on an "as is, where is" basis. E-bidding documents prepared under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 are available to registered bidders on EPADS V2.0.
Key conditions: bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Manual bids will not be accepted; bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0. Sealed bid security in the form of CDR / Banker Cheque / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, made in favour of the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore, must be submitted before bid closing time or the bid will be considered non-responsive.
