Co-owners, through their authorized representative Dr. Jam Khan (on behalf of Badshah), notify Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (Mobil) that the lease for the BTS tower located on jointly owned property No. 3876, Sheet 2006, Madel, Main Hangu Road, Kohat will not be renewed.
The company is directed to remove the BTS tower equipment, accessories and all related installations from the site upon expiry of the lease. Any renewal or continued occupation without the consent of all lawful co-owners is prohibited.
