Sindh Agriculture University (Latif Farm) — Open Auction Extended for Lease of 50.50-Acre Banana Orchard

Sindh Agriculture University, Latif Farm (Directorate of Farms) invites bids for the two-year lease of a 50.50-acre banana orchard (variety: Bombay). The orchard is ready for cultivation and may be inspected on any official working day.

The last date to participate has been extended to Tuesday, 14 July 2006. The open auction will be held at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Director Farms, Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam. Interested traders must submit a non-refundable Pay Order of Rs. 2,000 in favour of the Director Farms to be eligible and must deposit a refundable security of Rs. 500,000 on the day of the auction.
