Tender: Construction of O.T. and Gynae Ward with Equipment — DHQ Hospital, Sohbatpur

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government, Sohbatpur (Balochistan). Sealed percentage-rate tenders are invited based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 (amended up-to-date) from interested contractors/firms.

Eligibility and requirements: (a) Completion of 03 assignments of similar nature in the last 3 years; (b) Turnover of at least PKR.30 Hundred Thousands in the last three years; (c) Registration with relevant taxation departments. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500 (non-refundable) to be deposited as a green challan in head C-03870 SP-7012 in the name of Assistant Director Local Government Sohbatpur; original challan must accompany the technical proposal.

Procurement rules: Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Tender documents (NIT & bidding documents) can be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk or obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment.

Issuance period: From date of publication of NIT until 23 September 2026 during office hours on working days.
