Important Notes: Entry to the AGM will be permitted only on production of the Society identity card. Members who do not hold a Society I.D. card may obtain one by submitting an application with a 1" x 1" photograph and a copy of their CNIC at the Society office by 15 September 2026. In the absence of a quorum, the meeting will be adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same time and place.
