Prime Minister's Office (Internal), Islamabad invites electronic bids for pre-qualification of firms/workshops for repair, maintenance, denting, painting and supply of spare parts/batteries for official vehicles for Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms/workshops must be GST and NTN registered and active on the Tax Payer List (ATL). Interested firms must have a complete setup in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Submission Method & Documents: E-bids/quotations must be uploaded on the Electronic Procurement & Disposal of Assets System (EPDAS) at www.epdas.gov.pk. Bidding documents including detailed terms, list of vehicles, required services and bid form are available to registered bidders on EPDAS.
Bid Security: Earnest money of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) in the name of DDO, Prime Minister's Office (Internal) is required (as stated).
Bid Opening & Validity: Bids will be opened as per schedule in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pre-qualification/tenders must remain valid until the end of the current financial year (30 June 2027). The Office reserves the right to reject any or all tenders/quotations.
