Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from established national and international e‑commerce platforms for partnership under the SMEDA SME E‑Commerce Development Programme. The programme aims to help Pakistani MSMEs access national and international markets through awareness, training, readiness assessment, platform onboarding, technical handholding and targeted financial assistance.

| Eligibility Criteria | |

| Legal Presence | Legally registered/authorized to operate in Pakistan and have a functional presence in Pakistan (for national platforms). |
| Operational Tenure | Operational in Pakistan for at least three (3) years. |
| Merchant Base | At least 2,000 registered MSMEs/businesses and demonstrable online sales. |
| Service Type | Provide B2B and/or B2C e‑commerce services. International platforms must demonstrate cross‑border orders from Pakistani MSMEs. |
| Capacity | Demonstrated capacity for SME onboarding, training, technical support and market development. |
