Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites e-bids on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis for disposal of assorted used vehicles and vehicle scrap. Bids are to be submitted online through the E-PAQS / E-PADS v2.0 portal. Inspection, bid submission method, bid security and other terms are detailed below.

Purpose: Disposal (sale) of decommissioned vehicles and vehicle scrap through open e-bidding.
How to Apply / Submit Bid: Only e-bids submitted via E-PADS v2.0 are acceptable. Interested bidders must register and submit bids online at the E-PADS portal (vendor e-pads portal). Original bid security in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Pay Order in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad must be submitted in the shape and amount required before bid closing, as specified in the bidding documents.
Inspection & Delivery: Bidders may inspect the vehicles at the locations and times specified in the auction documents. Vehicles sold on “as is where is” basis. Successful bidders are responsible for removal of vehicles within the timeframe and under the conditions stated in the terms and conditions.
