• The property will be auctioned on an "as is where is" basis.
• The highest bidder must deposit immediately 25% of the bid amount by pay order in the name of "Judge, Banking Court No. II, Karachi" and furnish a photocopy of CNIC to the Nazir of the Court. The deposit of 25% will be subject to realization.
• The successful bidder must pay the balance of the bid amount before the Court closes or within 15 days from the date of auction; failure to pay the balance within 15 days will forfeit the deposited amount.
• Sale is subject to confirmation by the Court.
• The Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or not accept any bid.
