Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (Government of Pakistan) invites applications from Pakistani nationals on a purely contract basis for the PSDP project “Strengthening Technical Capacities of Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (STC-MOCC&EC)”. Contract period: 2 years (extendable subject to satisfactory performance or project completion).

Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons) in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Media Studies, Multimedia Arts, Public Relations, Journalism, or MBA (Marketing/Communications). Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing institutional or campaign-level social media platforms. Demonstrated expertise in Meta Business Suite, Twitter/X tools, Buffer, Canva and analytics platforms. Strong writing and visual storytelling skills with fluency in English and Urdu. Solid understanding of digital advocacy, community engagement and climate communication trends. Equivalence certificate from HEC required for foreign qualifications. |
