Employer: National Bank of Pakistan (Retail Banking). National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Regional Sales Manager — Balochistan (AVP / VP) to lead retail sales and achieve regional targets.

| Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC; Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university/institution will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in Branch / Consumer Banking and/or Sales Management and/or Business Development at area / regional level leadership role. |
| Key skills | Sales management & target achievement, coaching and mentoring, strong interpersonal & negotiation skills, product knowledge, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), geographic knowledge of the posting location. |
| Employment type | Contract basis for three years (may be renewed at Management's discretion); selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's policy. |
| Selection | Only shortlisted candidates meeting basic eligibility will be invited for panel interview. No TA/DA for interview. |

Primary responsibilities include: achieving regional sales targets by managing and coaching sales teams; preparing and executing regional action plans; developing branch-specific sales initiatives and marketing campaigns; expanding and maintaining customer base and key customer relationships; monitoring product positioning, portfolio profitability and regional sales performance; coordinating with internal stakeholders for one-bank culture; ensuring compliance with banking laws, regulations and bank procedures; maintaining required documentation and records; and ensuring Shariah-compliant environment where applicable.
