| Eligibility / Qualification | Minimum four (04) years Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business/Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences, or related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience preferably in security administration, intelligence, operations; experience leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, incident management, and coordination with government law-enforcement and civil administration authorities. |
| Desirable | Training/certification in Security/Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management, or Business Continuity. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age: 40 years |
| Key Conditions | Candidates must be willing to travel between facilities and respond to security emergencies outside normal working hours. ISMO reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process. Concealment of facts or misleading information may lead to disqualification. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No TA/DA for tests/interviews. |
