District Council Attock — e-Procurement Tender Notice (Closing 2026-10-08)

Office of the District Council Attock invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from engineering firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for works under MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 for District Attock. Bidding will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Participating contractors/firms must have a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27.

Bidding documents may be downloaded free from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. E-bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System before 11:00 AM PST on the closing date (2026-10-08). Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM PST on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only through the online payment facility on the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Chief Officer District Council Attock by 11:00 AM on the closing date; physical instruments (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted and such tenders will be considered non-responsive.

Successful lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit Performance Security/Guarantee @10% of the contract amount in favour of the Chief Officer District Council Attock within the time specified. Other relevant provisions of PPRA and Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules will apply.
