KP Food Safety & Halal Food Authority Tender for 5 Mobile Food Testing Laboratory Vehicles (2800cc)

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority (KPFS&HFA). Purpose: Procurement of vehicles to establish Mobile Food Testing Laboratories. E-bids are invited through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from highly reputed Original Manufacturers or Authorized Dealers of the Original Manufacturer with approved 3S quality services (Sales, Service & Parts). Bidders must be registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.

Bid documents with detailed description, evaluation criteria and terms & conditions are available free for download from www.kpfsa.gov.pk, the KPPRA website www.kppra.gov.pk and on the EPADS system.

Submission & bid security: E-bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 01:00 PM, 2026-10-04. Bid security / earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original with the bid as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD), drawn from the account of the bidder in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority.

Opening: All bids received through EPADS will be opened the same day (2026-10-04) after one hour at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Pre-bid meeting: 21st September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room, Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar.
