PAA Tender: Installation of DBMS Runway Illumination at BKIAP Peshawar

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(a) from contractors/firms with engineering expertise/resources and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (at least C-6 or above) with relevant codes EE-04, EE-06 & EE-11 for providing and installing illumination of DBMS installed on Runway 35-17(R) at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP), Peshawar.

How to apply: Bids must be submitted electronically as per bidding documents and guidelines available on the PPRA e-PAD System (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing time & date. A scanned copy of the bid must be uploaded; however, the original hard copy of the bid must also be submitted to the Office of Divisional Engineer ES &M, BKIAP, Peshawar.

Mandatory documents (high-level): original bid security in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority; scanned bid security uploaded to e-portal; certificate of incorporation/memorandum & article of association or partnership deed/proprietorship on stamp paper; Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status and NTN certificate; Professional Tax certificate issued by Excise & Taxation Dept. Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; valid PEC registration/license with relevant specialization codes; affidavit on non-judicial stamp to confirm firm is not blacklisted; details of arbitration/litigation if applicable; power of attorney for authorized signatory (if applicable). All documents should be attested by Notary Public or Oath Commissioner as instructed.

Notes & conditions: PAA reserves the right to reject all bids as per clause 33 of PPRA rules 2004 (as amended). Warning that pay orders/bank drafts or other financial instruments must be handled per tender instructions; falsified or dishonored instruments may lead to blacklisting and legal action.
