Tender: Supply of Equipment for Directorate of Fisheries Merged Areas (ADP Projects) — Bid by 2026-10-15

Issuer: Directorate of Fisheries, Merged Areas (Ex-FATA Secretariat, Warsak Road, Peshawar). Eligibility and requirements:

• Bidder must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) (FBR) and have Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) with Active status as of the bid submission date.
• Supplier/bidder must have an office in Peshawar and provide documentary evidence.

Submission and tender conditions:

• Obtain bidding documents from the Employer's office during working hours or download from EPADS after submitting a written application.
• Submit bids through EPADS on or before 2026-10-15 by 10:00 Hrs. A sealed hard copy must also be delivered to the office address by the same deadline. Bids not submitted via EPADS will be declared non-responsive. If discrepancy exists between hard copy and EPADS upload, the EPADS submission shall prevail.
• Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs in the presence of authorized representatives who attend.
• Bid security: 2% of the total bid/quoted price in Pakistani Rupees in the form of bank draft/CDR in favor of "Director Fisheries Merged Areas". Non-provision of CDR will render the bid non-responsive.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47(1) of KPPRA Rules 2014.
