National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) invites bids via e-procurement for the procurement and installation of two fire hydrant systems (Reference: P110332). E-bidding documents, terms and specifications including SBD are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Key submission requirements include active General Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, and provision of original bid security in one of the prescribed forms. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS; original bid security must be delivered in hard copy to NHMP Logistics before the opening time.
