National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the senior management position of Group Chief, Inclusive Development Group (SEVP) to be based in Karachi. The role reports to the President and seeks an experienced leader to drive inclusive finance, SME, agricultural and sustainable finance initiatives across the Bank.

| Minimum Qualifications | At least a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university/college/institute in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline. Master’s degree and/or certifications in Development Finance, Inclusive/Sustainable Finance, SME or Agricultural Finance preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 18 years of working experience, including at least 12 years in banking/financial sector with: 8 years as Head of SME and/or Agri and/or Commercial business and 5 years as Head of Retail Banking. Proven experience in managing diversified banking portfolios (SME, agriculture, commercial), development-focused banking operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Lead Bank initiatives on SME, agriculture and other financial inclusion programs; promote sustainable finance, green banking and ESG-aligned products; develop and implement inclusive finance strategies and climate-smart finance; coordinate with regulators, development partners and internal stakeholders; review credit proposals and support growth in Agriculture, SME and Commercial financing; represent IDG in committees and governance forums. |
| Employment Type & Tenure | Senior management appointment on contractual basis for three years; may be renewed at Management discretion. |
