Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Divisional Office Karachi. Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope in accordance with Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004. Eligible firms: Experienced contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the categories shown below and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
Bidding documents and submission: Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). The original bid security (Bank Guarantee / CDR / Pay Order) in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi must be physically submitted to the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer before opening of the tender; a photocopy of the bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid. One sealed hard copy of the bidding documents must also be deposited in the tender box in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi.
Deadline and opening: Hard copy and EPADS upload deadline 11:00 AM on 2026-10-10. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must register on EPADS and PPRA. Bids without original bid security will not be entertained. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
