Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is holding an open auction of hotel plots on 23rd & 24th September 2026. The auction will take place at Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Start time: 10:00 am.
Prime benefits and flexible payment terms include a 1-year flexible payment plan; possession on 75% payment (subject to valid bank guarantee for remaining amount); plan approval after 25% deposit; 5% rebate on total payment within 30 days; and an additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD. CDA will provide facilitation for site utilities and approach roads. Special facilities for overseas investors include token issuance a day before the auction and acceptance of payments via Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
