Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). Public auction for hotel plots across Islamabad to promote hospitality development. Auction dates: 23rd & 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F‑9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 AM.
Key payment terms and investor facilities:
- 1‑year flexible payment plan available.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of total amount, subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from local scheduled bank for the remaining amount.
- Plan approval available after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days; additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
