Tender: Energization of C4/C5 Sectors and HCC Street Lights — DHA City Karachi

DHA City Karachi (DHAC) — Design & Contracts Directorate invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for energization works of C4/C5 of Sector-4, 13, 12 (C-4) and HCC street lights in DHA City Karachi.

Eligible contractors with valid PEC registration Category C4 or above (PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05) and active taxpayer status must obtain tender documents from DHAC Karachi from 06 July 2026 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 (Pay Order in favour of DHA City Karachi). Pre-bid meeting: 14 July 2026 at 1430 hrs (Main Conference Room). Submit sealed bids to the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi (KM 50, Motorway M-9) by 23 July 2026, 1430 hrs; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1500 hrs.
