Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries & Cooperative Department — Project Director, Certification Project (ADP-160535), Civil Secretariat, Peshawar invites sealed tenders from registered local firms for supply of slaughterhouse machinery, meat processing equipment and a reverse osmosis water treatment plant as per specifications below. How to apply & key conditions:
- Obtain ToRs and specifications from the Office of the Project Director, Certification Project, Agriculture Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar during office hours (ToRs available within 15 days of this advertisement).
- Submit sealed tenders from registered local firms in accordance with ToRs.
- Quotations must be accompanied by 2% earnest money in the form of a bank draft in favor of the undersigned.
- All terms and conditions in the ToRs will be strictly observed; government taxes will be deducted as applicable.
- Successful bidder must supply goods within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the purchase order.
- The Project Director reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids, and to alter quantities or specifications prior to acceptance.
- Tenders will be opened at 11:00 AM on the last day of submission as specified in the ToRs, in the office of the Project Director.
