National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites e-bids from authorized distributors/suppliers/service providers duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered on EPADS for the enhancement of the existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system (38 TR). Firms must provide after-sales service for the installed system at site.
Register and submit electronic bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk via EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 1100 hours, 22 July 2026; bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day. All bids must include Bid Security as specified in the bid-data sheet (Pay Order/Demand Draft) and the original bid security plus a hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad by the submission deadline.
