The bidder must have completed at least three similar assignments and demonstrate a minimum turnover of PKR 263,366,334 in the preceding three years. Relevant specialized categories/codes (examples listed) include HVAC, Fire Prevention & Protection, Building Automation System, Sound System, Security/Surveillance, Solar/Wind energy systems, and related electrical/mechanical specialties.

Procurement procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure.
