Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Admin‑II Section). Purpose: Invitation for e‑applications for pre‑qualification of reputed firms/contractors based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for maintenance, repair, renovation and related services at Ministry premises in 'P' Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad for the financial year 2026‑27.
Eligibility: Firms/contractors must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, hold a valid vendor number issued by AGPR, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be active taxpayers, and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where Civil Works are involved.

How to apply: Electronic pre‑qualification documents containing detailed requirements and conditions are available to registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk) and can also be viewed at www.pc.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Applicants must submit electronic proposals via EPADS 2.0 only. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
Submission & opening: Electronic proposals must be submitted via EPADS 2.0 on or before 2015‑09‑04 up to 1100 hrs. Electronic proposals will be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs on EPADS.
