Issuer: Managing Director, Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA).
Purpose: All industrial/commercial allottees of Gwadar Industrial Plots with pending outstanding dues or installments are required to clear all outstanding amounts and make their files fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice.
Penalty & consequence: A 5% penalty will be imposed on installments not deposited within prescribed due dates. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot in accordance with GIEDA rules and policy.
