Notice Inviting Tender — Local Government & Rural Development, Chaghi (Multiple School & Health Facility Works)

Issuer: Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Chaghi. Sealed bids are invited from eligible contractors for execution of multiple civil works packages for the 2026 work programme under percentage rates. Tender fee is PKR 1,000 per package and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each package.

Scope: A total of 16 separate packages for provision/repair of missing facilities and small civil works at government schools, BHUs and other public facilities in Chaghi. Key types of works included are: provision of missing school facilities, repair/maintenance of health facility delivery rooms (delivery tables and delivery lights), installation/solarization of schools (solar systems), street lights, construction/repair of boundary walls and water supply works.

Procurement rules and eligibility: Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted, and registered with relevant authorities where required. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call equal to 2% of the estimated cost, drawn in favour of the undersigned.

Tender documents: Documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Chaghi, on payment of PKR 1,000 during office hours from the date of publication until the document issuance deadline. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be used.

Submission & opening: Completed bids must be submitted to the undersigned by the deadline below. Submitted tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
