Eligibility & Requirements: Registration with tax authorities (BRA, GST & FBR sales tax), valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration — Category CE09 and EE11 (for solar where applicable). Minimum three (03) assignments each not less than 80% of the estimated cost and turnover not less than 70% of the estimated cost. The contractor/firm must not be blacklisted. If a representative participates, they must present original authority on judicial stamp paper.
Bid Security & Document Issuance: Bid security must be submitted as CDR for the amount specified. Tender documents and BOQ can be downloaded from the B-PPRA website; tender forms/documents will be issued on publication on the authority website on presentation of requisite documents.
