Convener Purchase Committee, Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), Lahore invites e-bids under PPRA rules for the re-tendering of outsourcing/security services on a frame-work basis. Eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA 2014 and related rules.

Key instructions and eligibility: Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. Bidding is electronic via the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website links. A 2% bid security must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Documents, terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available online under Rule 25(1). E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 38(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives.
Other requirements: Upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper and required documents through the e-procurement portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with the minimum wage rate and statutory contributions (EOBI, PESSI, taxes) as applicable. Bid validity: 180 days.
