DEA Rahimyar Khan Tender Framework for Supply of Food Items to Take-over Madrasas (FY 2026-27)

District Education Authority (DEA) Rahimyar Khan invites online bids from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered, financially sound firms (not defaulters/blacklisted) to supply food items to resident students at take‑over madrasas in District Rahimyar Khan under a contract framework for the financial year 2026‑2027.

Key tender details:

- Tender forms and complete details are downloadable free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e‑procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑procurement system.

- Submission deadline: 2026-10-06 by 11:00 AM; Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Rahimyar Khan.

- Earnest money: 2% of the estimated total cost (estimated total cost shown as Rs. 1,125,000) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the CEO, DEA Rahimyar Khan; paid slip of CDR must be attached with technical documents.

- Performance security: Successful bidder must deposit 3% performance security prior to issuance of supply order.

- Eligibility and documents required: Income Tax and General Sales Tax registration with active status, affidavit on stamp paper (Rs. 200) declaring not blacklisted/no litigation, relevant work experience and past performance records, current financial strength with last 1 year bank statements, and proof of income tax and sales tax returns for one year (2024‑25 or 2025‑26).

- Other conditions: Unsigned, conditional, CDR‑less or late tenders will be rejected. Firms are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.). The procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject tenders as per PPRA Rules 2014. Tender documents remain valid until 2027‑06‑30.
