Public Notice — Ghazi Brothers: Former Zonal Sales Manager Shahzaib Shakeel Ceased Employment (2026-06-01)

Ghazi Brothers notifies the general public and all business associates that Mr. Shahzaib Shakeel S/o Shakeel Ahmed Tahir, formerly employed as Zonal Sales Manager, ceased to be in the employment of the company with effect from 1 June 2026.

Following his cessation of employment, a detailed examination and audit of company records revealed extensive financial irregularities, misappropriation of funds, and breach of trust committed by him during his tenure. Consequently, legal proceedings have been initiated and a formal complaint has been lodged with the local police station for appropriate criminal and legal action.

Mr. Shahzaib Shakeel is no longer authorized to represent, act for, communicate on behalf of, negotiate, or bind Ghazi Brothers in any capacity. Any transaction, financial dealing, commitment, representation, or business activity undertaken by him after 1 June 2026 shall be entirely at the concerned party's own risk and responsibility. Ghazi Brothers accepts no liability or responsibility for any acts, commitments, transactions, or obligations incurred by him.

All concerned are advised against conducting any business or transaction with him on behalf of the company and to take note accordingly.
