PITB Invitation to Bid – Procurement of Laptops for IT Infrastructure and Projects

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for the procurement of laptops for the IT Infrastructure Wing and various projects under ITB (ITPOS-08).

Key details:

- Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

- Tender documents are available for download free of cost from PITB and PPRA websites (www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Technical and Financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the Tender Document, must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Procurement portal). Bidders must ensure uploading of their bids on the e-Portal well before the submission deadline; upload and submission on the e-Portal are the responsibility of the bidder.

- Deadline for online bid submission: 2026-09-25 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-25 at 11:30 hours (as per PPRA Rules 2014).

- Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or otherwise non-conforming bids will not be considered. Bidders must attach income/sales tax registration certificate and other required documents as mentioned in the Tender Document.

- For electronic bids submission and registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System, bidders should register on the e-Procurement portal. For queries related to registration or e-bids, contact the PITB e-Procurement support as provided in the Tender Document.
