Key instructions & requirements
- Tender documents cost: Rs. 1,000 per tender (non-refundable) payable by demand draft from a scheduled bank in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1, Dera Ghazi Khan.
- Earnest money: 2% of bid value in the shape of call deposit must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope.
- Submission: Quotations must reach Sr. Admin Officer (Proc), P.O. Box No.02, D.G. Khan by registered post/USMS or authorized courier. Each tender must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and should be marked with the Tender No.
- Timing: Quotations must be received by 14:00 hrs on the due date mentioned against each tender and will be opened at 14:30 hrs on the same date in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
- Tender Nos. 01/26 & 02/26: single-stage two-envelope (technical & financial in separate sealed envelopes). Technical proposals for these tenders are to be received by 2026-10-13; financial proposals for those tenders are tentatively scheduled to be opened on 2026-10-28 at 10:30 hrs.
- Tender Nos. 03/26 to 17/26: single-stage single-envelope.
- All rates will be considered inclusive of GST unless GST is specified separately.
