Deputy Conservator of Forests, Sheikhupura / Nankana Forest Division (Iftikhar Hussain) invites e-tenders under the PPRA E‑Tendering System for a project titled “Afforestation along Linear Plantation in Punjab” for financial year 2026‑27. The work covers planting and maintenance of afforestation along linear plantations (total target 80 Average Km) at specified railway line stretches in District Sheikhupura and District Nankana Sahib.

Proposed project sites

40 Av. Km of Sheikhupura Forest Sub Division — Railway Line Chichoki Malian to Sheikhupura (Km. No. 23 to 26) in District Sheikhupura; and 40 Av. Km of Ahmadpur Forest Range — Railway Line Sanga Ghal (Km. No. 215 to 229) in District Nankana Sahib.

Eligibility & submission

Registered contractors/firms (active taxpayers) registered with the Punjab Forest Department and holding valid PEC/registration as required may participate. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) as per PPRA rules. Bid security & documents

Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. Tender conditions require registration on the Punjab PPRA/e‑procurement portal and submission of required financial and technical documents as per the tender dossier; originals (such as CDR/bid security) must be provided as specified in the tender documents.
