Office of the Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence, Islamabad (DCI) invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for miscellaneous works at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
Key submission and opening timelines: applications for pre-qualification will be received from 2026-08-28 until 2026-09-10. Sealed bids will be received up to 12:30 hrs on 2026-09-11 and will be opened at 14:00 hrs the same day in the presence of authorized firm representatives. All bids will be evaluated as prescribed in the bidding document. The advertisement and bidding documents are also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
