Issuer: Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Faisalabad Division. Purpose: Hiring firms for provision of venue, catering and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Faisalabad on a Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27.
Eligibility: Registered firms/companies with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents are available online and from the Divisional Director's office.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
- Electronic bids must be submitted online at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents may also be downloaded from the e-Procurement portal and from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
- Each electronic bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost (PKR 704,000).
