Selection & Security: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations. All bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or bid securing declaration as allowed).
