Tender: Hiring of Air Travel Agency for FY 2026-27 – Punjab Education Foundation

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids for the hiring of an Air Travel Agency for FY 2026-27 under ITB No. PEF/PROC/ADMIN/2026-27/02. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System following the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure (PPR-14 Rule 38(2)(a)).

Submission & Opening

Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. Scanned copies of original documents must be uploaded. The bid security of Rs. 250,000 (in the prescribed form) shall be submitted as required by the eP System.

Online bids shall be submitted up to 11:00 AM on 2026-10-07. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Eligibility & Requirements

Bidders must be registered firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, and must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Detailed eligibility criteria, bid security requirements, terms & conditions and other conditions are provided in the bidding document available on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System, PPRA and PEF websites.

Other Conditions

- Bids must have a minimum validity of 120 days from the date of opening.
- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
- Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 shall apply.
- PEF reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
- The response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
