Pre-Qualification: Professional Valuation Firms for Government Estate Land Assets — AMAP, Punjab

Asset Management Authority of Punjab (AMAP), Estate Land Directorate, Government of the Punjab invites expressions of interest for pre-qualification and enlistment of reputable, professional and experienced valuation firms / valuers for valuation of government estate land assets. The assignment covers market and forced-sale value assessments of vacant and developed residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and mixed-use properties, rent and income potential, land with structures and infrastructure, highest-and-best-use analysis, and detailed valuation reports.
