Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites e-bids for hiring event management services to arrange the Punjab Innovation & Technology Expo (PINTECH)-2026. Eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may submit proposals under a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure.
