Public E‑Auction: Canteen / Cafeteria at Gujranwala Medical College Teaching Hospital — Auction 2026-11-12

Gujranwala Medical College & Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala invites registered individuals, firms or companies to participate in an e‑auction for the hospital canteen / cafeteria / tuck‑shop for a period of one year. Applications and bidding will be processed through the Punjab e‑Auction portal; hard copies are not required. Interested parties must meet eligibility requirements and submit required bank instruments as earnest money (CDR) by the stated deadlines.

How to apply / bid: Register and participate via the Punjab e‑Auction Portal (https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login). Applicants must upload required documents and soft copy of the bank instrument on the e‑auction portal. Original bank instrument (CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque) must be submitted physically to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, GMC Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala within ten days of announcement of the evaluation result.

Eligible applicants: Individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities. Hard copies of the auction application are not required unless specifically requested; follow instructions on the e‑auction portal and the hospital’s official website (http://health.punjab.gov.pk) for terms, conditions and the detailed auction document.

Payment & guarantees: Earnest money equal to 10% of reserve price must be furnished by approved bank instruments issued by scheduled banks in Pakistan. Failure to submit original instrument as required will render the applicant ineligible for participation.
