Public e-Auction — Parking Areas, Gujranwala Medical College & Teaching Hospital (1-Year)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Gujranwala Medical College & Teaching Hospital (GMC Teaching Hospital), Gujranwala.

Purpose: e-Auction of parking area(s) at GMC Teaching Hospital for a period of one year. Interested individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities may participate via the designated e-Auction portal. The successful bidder will be responsible for parking management for all vehicle types (motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, Mazda, etc.), ensuring systematic traffic flow, safety and security inside the institution premises.

How to apply: Register and participate through the e-Auction Portal (https://eauction.pk.gov.pk). After online registration, applicants must submit a hard copy of the application and original security instrument (CDR/DD/PO/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Guarantee as specified) with supporting documents to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, GMC Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala by the specified deadlines.

Acceptable forms of security: Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank, payable to Medical Superintendent, GMC Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala. Original CDR/financial instrument must be submitted by the CDR submission deadline.
