EOGMs on Scheme of Arrangement for Noor Feed Mills & Noor Poultry Farms — 04 August 2026 (Lahore)

The Honourable Lahore High Court has directed Extra Ordinary General Meetings of members of Noor Feed Mills (Private) Limited and Noor Poultry Farms (Private) Limited to consider and, if thought fit, approve a Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 279–283 of the Companies Act, 2017. The EOGMs will be held on 04 August 2026 at 180-D, Valencia Town, Lahore: Noor Feed Mills at 03:00 pm and Noor Poultry Farms at 03:30 pm.

Copies of the Scheme, the statement under Section 281, recent audited accounts and related documents are available for inspection at the Companies’ Registered Office (Le 1402, Street No. 30, Block X, DHA Phase 7, Lahore) during business hours until the conclusion of the meetings. Proxies must be received at the Registered Office not later than 48 hours before the meeting. The members register will be closed from 29 July 2026 to 04 August 2026 (both days inclusive); transfers received by close of business on 28 July 2026 will be entertained.
