University of Chakwal E-Tender for Printing Items (Tender No. 01/2026)

University of Chakwal, Directorate of Purchase & Store (Main Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal) invites sealed e-tenders from registered firms/companies/corporations/bidders under Single Stage (Two Envelope Procedure) as per Rule No. 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Important procurement details:

- Tender documents available immediately after publishing under Rule No. 25(j) of PPRA-2014 and can be downloaded from the University website or the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Documents are free of cost.

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids not submitted via the online system or not accompanied by the required supporting documents/undertaking/documentary evidence will be rejected.

- Bid security equivalent to PKR 182,850 must accompany the bid (as stated), submitted electronically in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement System regulations.

- Tender Closing Date & Time: 2026-09-28 at 10:30 AM. Opening Date & Time: 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM (opening in presence of bidders/representatives).
