Procurement Office, Office of the Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh invites e-bids from engineering firms/contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement System/PPRA for a number of road rehabilitation, upgradation and development works across Toba Tek Singh District. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website. Bid documents and detailed procedures are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.
Key procurement conditions: bidders may participate who are on PEC list; bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Punjab e-PS (physical instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted unless otherwise specified); e-bids to be submitted online. Single-stage single-envelope procedure will be used. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per rules.
