CDA Tender: 12" DIA Sewerage Line P/L from State Guest House Margalla Road F-5/3 to PTV Building F-5/1, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), City Sewerage Division. CDA invites electronic bids through the PPRA e-Bidding System (EPADS v2.0) for construction of a 12" diameter sewerage line between State Guest House Margalla Road (F-5/3) and PTV Building (F-5/1), Islamabad.

- Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

- Original bid security must be submitted in person to the office of Deputy Director, City Sewerage Division, CDA, Room No. 147, 1st Floor, Old Naval Headquarters, Sector G-6, Islamabad on or before 2026-09-29. The original bid security must be in favor of DDO City Sewerage Division and the company name must be clearly written on the CDR/Pay Order. Failure to submit the original bid security by that date will result in disqualification.

- Attended bidders: Firms must provide, if using an authorized representative, a copy of the representative's CNIC and an attested General/Special Power of Attorney. The undertaking must declare that the attorney holder is not an employee of any government or semi-government institution.
