SSGC LPG Ltd. Tender Notice — HR Recruitment Consultancy & Head Office Renovation Works (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed quotations for the following tenders for its Head Office, Karachi. Documents are available from SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi).

How to obtain tender documents: Purchase documents from SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi) on payment of PKR 3,000 per set by pay order / demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited, or by cash. Office hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00.

Submission requirements and conditions: Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the relevant "Tender enquiry No." and submitted on or before the stated submission date/time. A request letter for issuance of tender documents must include copies of GST & SST and NTN registration certificates where applicable. Suppliers must submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (PKR 100) certifying they are not debarred by any government agency/authority/department.

Physical bid bond must be deposited/submitted to the Procurement Department at SSGC LPG Head Office LDC Building before the bid opening; otherwise the bid may be declared non-responsive. Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the submission deadline at the address above in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Quoted prices should be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST, which should be shown separately. SSGC LPG Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process.
