SSGC LPG Ltd. Tender Notice – HR Recruitment Consultancy, Office Renovation & Washroom Works (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed quotations (Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure) for three works at its Head Office, Karachi. Tender documents are available from the Procurement Department at the SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building, SSGC Karachi Terminal, Main University Road, Karachi). Tender documents cost Rs.3,000 each (pay order/demand draft in favour of SSGC LPG Limited or cash at the Head Office) and are issued Monday–Friday between 09:00–16:00 hrs.

Key submission requirements and notes:

- Bids/documents must be sealed, clearly marked with the relevant "Tender Enquiry No." and submitted on or before the stated date/time at the address above.

- Request letter for issuance of tender documents should be supported by a copy of GST / SST & NTN registration (where applicable).

- An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 is required certifying that the supplier is not debarred by any government agency/authority.

- Tender document fee: Rs.3,000 each (pay order/demand draft or cash at SSGC LPG Head Office).

- Physical bid bond (bid security) must be deposited/submitted in the Procurement Department, SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building) before bid opening; bids without the physical bid bond may be treated non-responsive.

- Public bid opening will be done approximately 30 minutes after bid submission time at the stated address in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. SSGC LPG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to issue clarifications/addenda as required.
